My room was big with a shared bathroom.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a calm area, just off local restaurants, a quiet neighbourhood, and Quebec. The king room was comfy, it included central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. The staff was helpful, excellent with every request. I really enjoyed the gourmet restaurant.

Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

The stay here was fine, loved the hotel, it was clean with exceptionally nice location not far from the downtown and places of attractions, and cafes and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, they blew my mind.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The venue is fairly clean, with excellent location close to the restaurant, and a quiet neighbourhood. The staff is exceptionally nice and well-mannered and accommodates all of guests' needs. The dinner in the gourmet restaurant is what you need.

The location was great, at a medium distance from Tres-Saint Sacrement. It was set in a pretty nice area. Central heating, a work desk, and a TV set were available in our king room: D

For the price we paid, Gite Le 812 provided great value and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly welcoming.

Breakfast delights with its delicious options, but the pancakes could be a bit more substantial.

What I liked the most is the confort. It is very comfortable, the bed and bathroom are very good. Also, the view from the room window is very nice. Another great feature is the kitchen, big and well fitted.

The location is the only negative point, a little bit far from the main turistic points. However, there is a bus stop in front of it, that makes easy to go anywhere.

This small bed and breakfast/hotel was extremely close to the Old City which made trips to and from very easy. Also, there was a restaurant right below so you're never hungry. I read some reviews citing a lack of an ac unit, but there was a fan and it did it's job of keeping us cool just fine.

My girlfriend did complain about the bathroom being a bit of a mess when she went to use it in the early morning or late night, but can't really blame the hotel about that. People need to pick up after themselves! The room was poorly lit. Only one lamp and a weak one at that.
